A car accident in Los Angeles on the 101 Freeway proved fatal for a 45-year-old man. It happened the morning of June 1, 2010 when the man crashed his SUV into a disabled vehicle on the freeway, according to a KTLA News report. California Highway Patrol officials say that a Chevy Tahoe was disabled after an initial crash with a Nissan on the freeway. As the drivers of those two vehicles waited for authorities to arrive, the 45-year-old driver slammed his Lexus RX300 SUV into the disabled Tahoe. The man was pronounced dead immediately. There were no other injuries.
